As an update to the posting earlier today concerning the recently filed ADA Civil Rights lawsuit by Marisa Salzer against the City of Montesano, further information is coming in.
According to filed records from two days ago, Federal Judge Richard A Jones is handling the case from the bench. A GW Bush appointee, Judge Jones sentenced the infamous Green River Killer. It looks like this is a no nonsense judge that doesn’t suffer fools or idiots. President Bush signed the ADA law.
I read some of his statements from the bench and this guy is old school.
